UYGHURS ALSO PARTICIPATED IN THE ETHNOS SPORTS CULTURE FESTIVAL

The 7th Ethnos Sports Culture Festival, which will run from May 22 to May 25 in Istanbul, has begun to be organized at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, and a special tent was set up for East Turkistan to promote Uyghur culture.

Representatives from 35 countries participated in this festival, which continues regularly every year. Traditional sports such as archery and horse racing, games, traditional arts, and various other activities were presented for visitors' enjoyment. Important state officials and diplomats from various countries attended the opening ceremony, giving congratulatory speeches and particularly emphasizing the importance of this festival.

At this annual festival, the East Turkistan Nuzugum Culture and Family Association set up a special tent for East Turkistan to promote Uyghur culture. The tent attracted visitors' attention with the East Turkistan flag, Uyghurs' traditional clothing, food and drinks, household items filled with artistic taste, and artworks.

Various games and activities for children were also organized at the festival. An opportunity was provided for new generations to closely experience the traditions, customs, culture, and art of the Turkic world and various nations.

The festival will continue until Sunday, May 25, and we await our dear people and friends at our East Turkistan Tent.
