Uyghur-Malaysian Relations Organization protested in front of the Thai Embassy

The Uyghur-Malaysia Relations Organization and members of Malaysia's Muslim Youth Movement (ABIM) held a demonstration on January 24 in front of the Thai Embassy in Malaysia, issuing a statement.
Umuru, the director of the Uyghur-Malaysia Relations Organization, delivered a statement in Malay, demanding the Thai government release 48 Uyghurs.
Umuru, who is both the organization's director and a member of the Malaysian Muslim Youth Movement, represents the International Union of East Turkistan Organizations in Malaysia.
On January 24, a delegation from the Uyghur-Malaysia Relations Organization also met with Thai Embassy staff in Kuala Lumpur, presenting a letter requesting the release of the 48 Uyghurs detained in Thailand.
