The Uyghur youth in a Thai boxing competition

The results of Uyghur Turkish youth in a free boxing competition named "Night of Frightening Combat" held in Antalya, Turkey, on October 22 delighted the East Turkistan people. Five Uyghur players participated in the competition, each proudly displaying the East Turkistan flag when the results were announced. In particular, these players donned their national attire and waved the flag of East Turkistan as they defeated their opponents, boosting the excitement and happiness of the Uyghur community.
Firstly, the young players from the Ataman Sports Club entered the competition and defeated their opponents with superior skills. Afterward, Omar Allah Ahmad took the field against an Iranian player in the 73 kg category and emerged victorious. Later, Khalid Ataman, the coach of the Ataman Club and the Vice President of the East Turkestan Sports and Development Association, competed against Sudanese player Ahmed Mohammed in the 73 kg category and won in the first round.
Khalid Ataman, the coach of the Ataman Club, received our interview and stated that the players who participated in the competition primarily applied the skills they had learned, and their students demonstrated their determination and strength in representing the people of East Turkistan. They expressed satisfaction with their performance and expressed their intent to gain practical experience through more practice and participation in larger competitions.
