Pakistan's prime minister visited East Turkistan last week, and although this visit was called a "monument" in China-Pakistan relations, it revealed the seriousness of the current situation in East Turkistan.
According to Arab News Network, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Anwarul Haq Kakkar visited East Turkistan on October 20. After participating in China's so-called "One Belt, One Road" business plan forum, he visited Urumqi and offered Friday prayers at Betulmaimur Mosque. After the prayer, he met with the director of the so-called "Xinjiang Islamic Religious Institute", Abduraqib Arinniaz. Then he participated in a gathering of students and teachers at the so-called "Xinjiang University".
In his speech in Urumqi, AAnwarul Haq praised the strategic importance of the so-called "Uyghur Autonomous Region" as the border of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and referred to the region's historical role as the center of the ancient Silk Road.
He also met with the secretary of the so-called "Uyghur Autonomous Region", Ma Xingrui, and the two sides agreed to fully exploit the potential of cooperation between the so-called "Uyghur Autonomous Region" and the neighboring region of Pakistan.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Anwarul Haq Kakkar performed Friday prayers at Bethulmaymur Mosque according to China's arrangement. Although China's evil purpose is to advertise to the international community that it allows Muslims to pray, this visit proved the seriousness of the current situation in East Turkistan.
Six years ago, only about 20 people offered Friday prayers in the Bethulmaymur mosque, where more than 1,000 congregations offered Friday prayers. "Where have the congregations of such a large congregation gone?" is on everyone's mind who knows that this mosque used to be a very popular mosque. It raises the question and has once again exposed the criminal behavior of the Chinese regime, which has sent millions of East Turkistan people to prison camps and prisons or disappeared without a trace under various pretexts.
Observers say that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has cooperated with China to strengthen its false propaganda about East Turkistan. Originally, the fact that so few people participated in Friday prayers in one of the most famous mosques in the central city of Urumqi should have felt like China's repression. He chooses to stay silent, even when the international community strongly condemns China for the East Turkistan issue and calls those crimes "genocide", he avoids blaming China.
