The United States announced sanctions against five Chinese

The United States announced sanctions on an international procurement network supporting Iranian missile and military projects, including five Chinese and related entities.

Voice of America Radio reported, on June 7, that on June 6, the US Treasury imposed sanctions on seven individuals and six entities based in Iran, China and Hong Kong in connection with Iran's ballistic missile program. Five of them are Chinese and two are Iranian, including an Iranian military officer stationed in Beijing.

"Most of the sanctioned companies and individuals participated in financial transactions that facilitated the purchase of sensitive and critical components and technology for key players in the development of Iranian ballistic missiles, including the Iranian Ministry of Defense, Logistics of the armed forces and affiliated organizations, the chemical industry(PCI), the aerospace industry organization (AIO), the Iranian electronics industry (IEI), etc., "the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control said in a statement.

In addition, the Iranian military officer in Beijing (Daoud Damghani) was included in the sanctions list, he was convicted of coordinating with the Iranian Ministry of Defense and the armed forces logistics company for the purchase of goods from China.

According to the announcement of the US Department of Commerce, the assets of those executed will be frozen and all related business activities will be blocked, including traffic through the United States will be prohibited.
