The tenth Shura Council of the East Turkistan Scholars Union was held

The 10th Shura Council meeting of the East Turkistan Scholars Union began on December 30 in Istanbul, Turkey.
The conference, which was held in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul and will last for two days, began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an on the morning of December 30. After that, the President of the East Turkistan Scholars Union, Dr. Alim Jan Bogda, gave an opening speech in which he said that the goal of establishing the East Turkistan Scholars Union was to bring together scholars living abroad to guide the East Turkistan people to the right path for the sake of this world and the afterlife. He stressed that the Scholars Union works as an independent organization in several departments, such as the Da’wah group, the Fatwa group, the Educational group, and the Bayan group, in order to achieve that goal.
On the first day of the meeting, a report was presented on the work and achievements carried out by the departments during the year 2023, and the East Turkistan issue, the role of scholars, the difficulties faced by scholars, and what they should do abroad were discussed.
