The Qunut prayer was recited for East Turkistan and Palestine

On the evening of October 16, 2023, following the evening prayer in Istanbul, Uyghur Turks living in Istanbul organized a funeral prayer and Qunut prayer in memory of the martyrs in East Turkistan and Palestine, upon the invitation of the East Turkistan Scholars Union.
The event took place at the Fatih Mosque in the Safaköy district of Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. Mahmudcan Damolla, the Vice President of the East Turkistan Scholars Union, addressed the congregation, emphasizing the importance of conducting the struggle for independence in East Turkistan with faith and sincerity. He stressed that faith and the concept of a free homeland are interconnected.
THE OPRESSED ARE SHEDDING BLOOD
After performing the funeral prayer for the martyrs who suffered systematic genocide in Chinese prisons and captive camps, were martyred through torture, and lost their lives due to the intensive bombardment by the Israeli army in the occupied Palestinian territories, a Qunut prayer was recited. This prayer aimed for the freedom of the suffering people of East Turkistan and Palestine and for the removal of oppressors.
