The Malaysian contacts with the East Turkistan delegation continue

Continuing their visits to bring attention to China's systematic oppression and genocide against Muslims in East Turkistan, Hidayet Oğuzhan, the President of the International Union of East Turkistan NGOs , and Abdurreşit Eminhaci, the Union's General Secretary, held a meeting with leaders from organizations ABIM and Global Peace Mission on August 11th. Alongside, they conducted a meeting of the board of directors of the Uyghur Malaysia Relations Organization (UMRO).

During the meeting, they discussed the grave situation in East Turkistan, China's oppressive measures, and its attacks on the Islamic religion and the Quran. Following this, they discussed the current global status of the East Turkistan cause and engaged in talks regarding activities in Malaysia and Asia-Pacific countries.

On August 14th, Abdurreşit Eminhaci, the General Secretary of the International Union of East Turkistan NGOs , had a productive meeting with the leaders of the Malaysia Global Peace Mission (GPM) to discuss UMRO's future plans and projects.

WHY IS MALAYSIA IMPORTANT?

The International Union of East Turkistan NGOs has been making efforts in Malaysia since the period of Mahathir Mohamad, who served as Prime Minister for 22 years, to strengthen the East Turkistan cause.

As a result of all the steps taken, Malaysian Muslims and the Malaysian government approach the people of East Turkistan with a sense of Islamic brotherhood, and Malaysia has become one of the Muslim countries that takes responsibility for the East Turkistan Muslims.

As a matter of fact, Malaysia is a safe country for East Turkistanis, and the newly established "Uyghur Malaysia Relations Organization" (UMRO), with the support of the most influential organizations in Malaysia, is expected to elevate the East Turkistan cause to its peak.

THE TARGET IS TO BREAK THE SILENCE OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD

As a matter of fact, the oppressed Muslims of East Turkistan, who are the bleeding wound of the Ummah, at a time when the Chinese atrocities are strengthening the false and misleading propaganda of "Freedom of Religion" in the international arena, explain the East Turkistan issue not only to the ruling part of the Islamic world, but to Muslims all over the world. In order to spread the front line of the East Turkistan cause to the Islamic world and to raise awareness of various communities on issues related to the historical and current situation of East Turkistan, they want to break the silence of Muslims and win the support of the Islamic world.
