China releases top 10 espionage cases

China has recently announced ten major espionage cases, many of which have resulted in the death penalty.
On April 15th, France Internationale reported that the Chinese regime has announced ten major espionage-related cases, including one involving a Taiwanese citizen.
The Chinese named Zhang Xiangbin, mentioned in the report, used to be a translator in a certain ministry of the Chinese Communist Party. During his stay in a certain country, he met an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country. In addition to help Zhang Xiangbin improve his translation skills, the other party took the initiative to solve his work and life problems. In fact, the employee was a member of the other party's intelligence agency, and Zhang Xiangbin was persuaded to spy by the host's tricks and problem-solving methods, and in the following years began to play the role of spying for foreign governments.
Later, Zhang Xiangbin resigned because he was afraid that the incident would be exposed. Before resigning, he secretly collected and removed many documents and information from the office's work computers and internal affairs. Chinese intelligence agencies have determined that Zhang Xiangbin kept 5,200 documents and information confidential.
It is reported that among the top ten espionage cases announced by the Chinese regime are the Michael Kovrig case, the Michael Spavor case, and the Kaisheng Rongying company case.
