The Chinese who defrauded Kyrgyz citizens and fled has been arrested.

A Chinese citizen wanted in Kyrgyzstan for financial fraud has been detained at Almaty Airport in Kazakhstan.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan on August 23, 2023, S.G., a Chinese citizen born in 1978, was detained at the airport in Almaty at the request of the Interpol Kyrgyz Bureau.
A CHINESE FRAUDSTER TRANSFERS MONEY TO HIS COUNTRY
According to the Crimean News Agency (QHA), the Interpol Kyrgyz Bureau sent a request to the ministry that S.G., a Chinese citizen, had previously engaged in illegal activities in Kyrgyzstan, defrauding people with false documents and campaigns. It was stated that the Chinese fraudster transferred large amounts of money to China, which he obtained by defrauding Kyrgyz citizens.

The ministry found that Chinese citizen S.G. had defrauded people of more than $250,000 to date.
