According to Voice of America's March 13 report, the Chinese military recently amended three basic military regulations, further strengthening its approach to war preparedness. The amended joint regulations, based on the Chinese Military Internal Affairs System, the Chinese Military Discipline System, and the new version of the Chinese Military Field Regulations, will officially take effect on April 1.
