The China-Eurasia Trade Fair started in Urumqi.

The 2023 China-Eurasia Goods Trade Fair started today in the central city of Urumqi.

According to China International Radio, the Secretariat of the China-Eurasia Fair was jointly organized by the Foreign Trade Development Administration of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, while the main theme of the fair, which will last for 5 days, was determined as "Spreading the Silk Road spirit, strengthening Eurasian cooperation".

A number of events, such as the God Mountains Forum, the Silk Road Industry and Trade Development Seminar, and the Turkistan (Central Asia) Economy Cooperation Think Tank Development Forum, will be held within the scope of the exhibition.

FOARDA SLAVE LABOR PRODUCTS ARE AT THE FOREFRONT

The fair has an exhibition area of 70 thousand square meters and consists of six sections, such as energy, smart living, culture and tourism, digitalization, new and high technology, agriculture and food products, textiles, and clothing, which are the areas where Uyghur Turks are most employed as slave workers.

In addition to a thousand and 300 enterprises from 40 countries, it is expected that representatives of seven international organizations will participate in the fair.

According to the Chinese, the China-Eurasia Goods Trade Fair is an important part of the China-Eurasia Fair and is expected to contribute to accelerating the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt Core Region of East Turkistan.

FORCIBLY CHANGING THE REGION'S BIOGRAPHY

On the one hand, the Chinese communist regime sends the people of East Turkistan to concentration camps, and on the other hand, it transfers thousands of people to China and forces them to work for low wages. In addition, it settles the Chinese in East Turkistan by allocating high salaries, free housing, and land for agriculture.

The Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) Report shows that the supply chains of 83 well-known Western brands worldwide are benefiting from the forced labor of Uyghurs, while major technology companies, including 9 European-based companies, as well as automobile, footwear, and clothing brands around the world, are complicit with China.

In addition, a team from the Australian Strategic Policy Institute has observed that the deportation of Uyghurs to Chinese provinces has gained momentum, especially in recent times, and that Uyghurs are not allowed to adopt their national values or adhere to their religious beliefs.

Among the 83 companies listed in the report are Germany's BMW, Bush, Mercedes-Benz, Puma, Siemens, Italy's Caddy, Sweden's (H&M), Electrolux, the Philippines' Jack and Jill company, France's Lacoste, and Spain's (Zara) brands. As a matter of fact, some brands, such as H&M, announced that they were cutting ties with China after being accused of genocide.

As a matter of fact, in December 2021, the U.S. Congress passed a law prohibiting the import of goods produced by China through the forced labor of Uyghur Turks and other ethnic and religious communities in East Turkistan to the United States.

Beijing government spokesmen described the allegations of forced labor as "lies concocted by anti-China forces." He argued that the human rights situation in the country was being "defamed" as untrue.
