The 2nd meeting and seminar of the East Turkistan Education Movement was held on February 2nd at the Zeitinburnu Kazliceşme Ashram Center in Istanbul.

The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mohammad Omar Karihajim, vice president of the East Turkistan Scholars Union. Then, Chairman of the International Union of East Turkistan Organizations and Chairman of the Education and Cooperation Association, Hidaydullah Oiztekhan spoke. In his speech, he explained that the purpose of holding the monthly seminar of the Education Movement is to meet each other and strengthen brotherhood. He then said that there are more than 70,000 Uyghurs in Turkey, but it is sad that there are few people joining the cause of East Turkistan, and those on the front line should take the lead and wake up all Uyghur expatriates.
President of the East Turkistan Scholars' Union, Dr. Ulimajan Bugda, spoke and emphasized that protecting one's life, reputation, and property are important principles in Islam, and it is the responsibility of a Muslim to protect them. At the same time, he said that although the East Turkistan people have their own rights in this regard, those living in the diaspora have no reason not to act against China. East Turkistan expatriates have a covenant to fight against China when they migrated to Allah, and every expatriate must abide by this covenant.
Then, Master Ataullah Khalfat Hajim, Deputy Chairman of East Turkistan Scholars Union, spoke. He said that the reason for the creation of man is to obey Allah, that resisting the oppressor and acting against it is part of worship, that a Muslim has a responsibility to act when his rights are taken away, when he is oppressed, that severe calamities are a test for a Muslim, that he should not despair while fighting the enemy, and should continue to act. Expressed.
Public figure Abdur Qadir spoke candidly and said that he migrated to fulfill his promise to Allah. Currently, some Uyghurs are avoiding anti-Chinese actions under the pretext of "meeting my parents." The East Turkistan people should strengthen their faith and self-sacrifice.
Prof. Dr. Jalal Arbai, a former Member of Parliament, also spoke at the event, stressing that a Muslim has necessary responsibilities in his worldly life, including building and protecting his country, which is the pinnacle of his faith.
At the end of the meeting, the organization officials answered the relevant questions of the participants. Also, the participants of the meeting put forward suggestions on how to develop East Turkistan's independence cause and how to solve various problems abroad. At the end, a prayer was offered for the martyrs under the leadership of public leader Abdul Qadir Yapchan.
