The 10th international art exhibition was held in Ankara

The 10th international art exhibition was held in Ankara from March 3 to March 10, and the life of East Turkistan and Uighurs was introduced to the exhibition.

 

152 artists from 45 countries including European countries, some Arab countries, independent countries from the former Yugoslavia, Turkey, South Korea, and Japan participated in the art exhibition.

 

The well-known Uyghur artist from Kazakhstan, Mr. Ahmed Akhath, contributed his works reflecting the historical houses, ancient streets and life of Uyghurs in Kashgar and Turpan to the exhibition. In addition, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Azerbaijani Turks and other Turkic nationalities also participated in the exhibition.

At the exhibition, the oil paintings of Mr. Ahmed Akhah attracted the special attention of visitors. Visitors from all over the world asked which nation's historical houses were in the scenes reflected in the pictures. Mr. Ahmed introduced the history, culture, and beautiful customs of the Uyghurs in detail to the visitors.
