They were accused of terrorism because of their beliefs and identities

He also emphasized that the Elishkou massacre was neither the first nor the last massacre committed by China in East Turkistan.
The Chinese minister should make a statement about East Turkistan
Odon continued his speech, reminding that China is trying to destroy the language, religion, history and identity of East Turkistan, saying:
“It is the responsibility of all of us and every person to preserve our identity, to inform the international community of the persecution suffered by the people of East Turkistan and to seek justice.
We ask Allah to have mercy on our martyrs in the Elishko massacre and grant their families patience. The suffering of our martyrs and their honorable memories will always live in our hearts and strengthen our struggle for justice. Wang Yi, as the Chinese Foreign Minister, should be held accountable for the systematic repression, genocidal practices and concrete evidence that constitute the allegations of crimes against humanity implemented by the CCP government in East Turkistan and explain the current situation of Turkistanis living in East Turkistan. The Chinese authorities should also remember their obligations to the international community to protect fundamental freedoms and guarantee human rights. We demand from the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to share responsibility for human rights, which are as follows:
- Demanding China to stop the genocide that is still going on in East Turkistan.
Demanding the release of the Uyghurs detained in concentration camps in East Turkistan and their reunification with their families in Turkey.
- Building more institutions, consulates and diplomatic bodies for the Republic of Turkey in East Turkistan and submitting proposals for the liberation of East Turkistan.
- The opening of consulates of the Republic of Turkey in the cities of Kashgar and Urumqi in order to protect and inform the situation of Turks who do business and travel to East Turkistan.
