Introducing East Turkistan in secondary schools in Turkey

On March 13, an event to introduce the current situation in East Turkistan was held at Imam Hatip Anatolia High School in Bakirkoy, Istanbul, under the title “Genocide in East Turkistan.”

The event was organized by Mr. Zahiddin, Deputy Director of Imam Hatip Anatolia High School in Bakirkoy. The school's two senior Uyghur students, Mehmet Khamsi and Oguzkhan Mevluvi, introduced East Turkistan to the school's 10th grade students under the title “East Turkistan Foundation Group.” First, they gave a brief description of the history of East Turkistan and the Uyghurs, and then explained the genocide that China is currently using in East Turkistan.

On March 13, Dr. Omar Dinsher also held an introduction to East Turkistan at the Imam Hatip Anatolia Girls High School. The event was organized at the request of East Turkistan group.

Abdul Ahad Udun, Secretary of the East Turkistan Human Rights Association, and people also participated by briefing on the current situation in East Turkistan.
