India-Uyghur brotherhood meeting held in New Delhi

During its visit to India, the board of the International East Turkistan Organization held a fraternity meeting with the Uyghurs living in India in the capital, New Delhi.
The committee headed by the President of the International Union of East Turkistan Organizations, Hidayatullah Ouzkhan, has been visiting India since September 8. In order to create and expand a new working environment for the East Turkistan issue in India, some politicians, academics, members of parliament, and social organizations had effective discussions with journalists about the East Turkistan issue.
On September 13, the committee was interviewed by Saurabh Sarma, a reporter of "Guardian" newspaper, in New Delhi, and thoroughly introduced the genocide crimes committed by China in East Turkistan. At the end of the conversation, they also discussed the issue of the genocide in East Turkistan on the agenda of the Indian media.
It is reported that one of the main objectives of the committee to visit India is to connect with the Uyghurs living in India, and, through urgent action, held a special meeting with public figures and leaders of the Indian Uyghur community in New Delhi, the capital of India.
One of the important results of the visit was the establishment of the "Indian Uyghur Association," and Mr. Wasim Abdullah, the Indian representative of the International Union of East Turkistan Organizations, was appointed as the head of the association. Important topics were discussed with the Uyghurs living in India at the society organization meeting. Through the establishment of this society, a section was opened to strengthen communication between Uyghurs living in India and other Uyghur communities abroad, and to revive the national identity, language, and culture of Uyghurs in India.
The results of this visit of the board to India are to revive the spirit of the Uyghurs in India and to introduce the issue of East Turkistan to the Indian society, to take action to improve the education, work and living conditions of the Uyghur children in India, and to continuously strengthen the friendly relations between the people of East Turkistan and the people of India through the Uyghurs in India, and the government and people of India. It can be summed up in points such as gaining support, obtaining legal guarantees, strengthening relations with society and the country, and finally reaching the stage of detailed discussion of important issues with the Indian side.
Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Kargil, where the Uyghurs live in India, are located on the ancient Ladakh route. Ladakh and Jammu Kashmir (Srinagar) have been of great historical importance for the culture, economy, politics, tourism, and communication with the outside world of the East Turkistan people for centuries.
