The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, yesterday called for the release of Kusman Rehim, 56, a Kazakh man detained in China allegedly for reciting Quran in public and keeping Islamic religious texts in his home.
