According to the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan, the projects were initiated at the request of the Chinese side, and preliminary agreements were concluded with the Shaanxi Tianhan Xingdian Film Company of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to shoot the film "The Wind on the Silk Road".
