Erdoğan mentioned East Turkistan in the Turkish National Student Union

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan mentioned East Turkistan in his speech at the 62nd General Meeting of the National Turkish Student Union held in Istanbul on November 18.
Erdoğan said that the Turkish National Union of Students was founded in 1916, and has experienced many ups and downs throughout its history. The union has expanded to many areas, starting with the Battle of Canak Castle. During these processes, Turkey has resisted changing the Turkish cemetery in Bulgaria, returned Hatay to the motherland, and fought against the threat of the Soviet Union in Cyprus.
