Four individuals have been charged with establishing a cocaine laboratory in Malaysia, with three of them revealed to be Chinese nationals.
According to the South China Morning Post's March 1 report, four people, including three Chinese nationals, have been charged with establishing a cocaine laboratory, manufacturing cocaine, and selling it in the Nilai district of Malaysia's Selangor state. If convicted of these crimes, they could face the death penalty or prison sentences ranging from 30 to 40 years.
The indictment against these suspects was submitted on February 17, and the related court case will begin on April 24. Currently, their requests for bail have been denied.
According to reports, the relevant authorities conducted a surprise raid on the laboratory and seized toxic drugs, cash, and other valuables worth approximately 720,000 US dollars.
