China seeks to transform East Turkistan into an important grain base

China is allocating significant resources and expenditures to transform East Turkistan, under Chinese occupation, into an important source of energy, grain, and cheap labor, and plans to further expand its grain storage facilities in the near future.

According to an announcement by the so-called "Grain and Material Storage Administration of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region," China plans to increase new grain storage capacity by more than 600,000 tons this year in East Turkistan under the slogan "Increasing Yields, Increasing Warehouses, Increasing Stocks" to meet long-term grain demand.

The report stated that this year, the protection, registration, and management of grain and oil storage equipment in East Turkistan have been strengthened, the procurement of stored grain has been regulated, and a grain storage infrastructure project has been included in the so-called "Xinjiang Aid Project" to receive investment support.

Just as China systematically carries out all forms of genocide in East Turkistan, its ongoing plunder has expanded to encompass all areas. In its various meetings and propaganda, China emphasizes the strategic importance of East Turkistan to China, constantly repeating phrases such as "ensuring China's energy resource security."
