Chinese official Chen Xiaojiang has been replaced by Ma Xingrui, the secretary of the so-called "Party Committee of the Uyghur Autonomous Region," who has blood on his hands and was a leading perpetrator of China's ethnic genocide in East Turkistan.
In a report today, Xinhua News Agency announced that the Chinese regime has made changes to the key officials of the so-called "Party Committee of the Uyghur Autonomous Region." Ma Xingrui will no longer hold the positions of secretary of the so-called "Party Committee of the Uyghur Autonomous Region," member of the Standing Committee, and member of the Party Committee, and will be appointed to another position. Chen Xiaojiang, a Chinese citizen, will replace Ma Xingrui and assume the positions above.
The report claimed that this decision was made through an "in-depth study" based on service needs and the actual situation of the leadership group in the so-called "Uyghur Autonomous Region."
Chen Xiaojiang was born in 1962 in Zhejiang Province, China. He previously served as vice minister of the Central United Front Department and chairman of the Chinese National Ethnic Affairs Commission. He is also a member of the 20th session of the Chinese Central Committee.
Ma Xingrui took office in December 2021, replacing Chen Quanguo, who had the blood of millions of East Turkistan people on his hands, and has continued to implement a similar policy of ethnic genocide with rigour and consistency for nearly four years.
China's surprise appointment of Chen Xiaojiang, who previously served as head of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, is drawing attention.
