China is making great efforts to mislead the international community

At a time when China's genocidal crimes in East Turkistan are being condemned to varying degrees internationally, the Chinese regime is increasing its invitations to foreign visitors and creating false images, attempting to mislead the international community and evade its crimes.

Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Phumttam Wichaichai, Minister of Justice Thawee Sodsong, and several military officials visited East Turkistan on March 18 to "monitor" the conditions of Uyghurs who were handed over to China last month. Chinese officials used the visit as an opportunity to promote their false propaganda.

According to Tengri Tag, a Chinese propaganda website, Ma Xingrui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the so-called "Uyghur Autonomous Region," met with the Thai officials on March 19.

During the meeting, Ma Xingrui provided the visitors with false information about the current situation in East Turkistan, including its history, ethnicities, religion, economy, and social conditions. In his speech, he said, "We regard the people's right to life and development as the most fundamental human right. We have guaranteed, in accordance with the law, that people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang fully enjoy their economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights. We have vigorously defended the legal rights and interests of citizens."

He also claimed that there is no genocide or forced labor in East Turkistan and alleged that the United States and other Western countries are creating discord and rumors in an attempt to hinder China's development.

According to the report, Bomtam Wichayachai declared that Thailand and China are good neighbors, brothers, and friends. He observed that the people live happily during this visit, and he hopes to take China's experience in governing East Turkistan as a model.

During this visit, which was organized by Thai officials to justify the crime of handing over Uyghurs to China, they fully aligned themselves with China, claiming that the repatriated Uyghurs live happily and peacefully and that torture and oppression do not exist.
