According to the Chinese propaganda agency People's Network, the Urumqi Police Department issued a special notice on August 14 to collect clues from the public about related issues in order to further expand the so-called "operation to eliminate black and evil forces.".
In the notice, people can report to the so-called "black and evil forces elimination office" of the Urumqi Police Department by phone, letter, or in person, A special drop box has been set up, tipsters will be rewarded, and their personal information will be kept confidential.
