China has vowed to reject US sanctions for helping Russia.

In addition, the European Union member states also approved the 13th sanctions plan against Russia on February 21, and banned nearly 200 entities and individuals accused of selling arms to Russia or being involved in the kidnapping of Ukrainian children from entering the European Union member states. The European Union's decision to impose sanctions has drawn particular attention as it is the first time Chinese and Indian companies have been targeted. According to the new sanctions, three Chinese companies were included in the list of companies prohibited from doing business with European companies.
