China has announced the so-called "13 Major Actions" plan in East Turkistan

China has published 13 major action plans that it plans to implement in East Turkistan over the next three years, indicating that the crime of genocide will continue.
The so-called "Policy Research Office of the Party Committee of the Uyghur Autonomous Region" recently published the "Strategic, Creative, and Leading Reform Breakthrough Action Plan for Xinjiang", which is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2027.
The plan states that China will vigorously implement the so-called "13 major reform breakthrough actions" in various parts of East Turkistan over the next three years.
The plan lists the so-called "counter-terrorism", "safeguarding stability", and "consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese nation" as genocide policies, as well as the phrases "building an energy resource security base" and "building a modern infrastructure network" related to the plunder of various resources in East Turkistan as the 13 major future actions.
The plan claims that starting from 2025, various measures of the so-called "13 major breakthroughs in reform" will be fully implemented in East Turkistan, and the tasks set in the plan will be completed by 2027.
Although China is spreading false propaganda to the outside world that the situation in East Turkistan has been completely stabilized and that the people are living freely, it is continuing and intensifying the crime of genocide, which is disguised with various policies and plans.
