China has established a new provincial-level organization called the "Human Resources Services Union" in occupied East Turkistan (Xinjiang). This organization, on the one hand, deports Uyghurs to Chinese provinces and subjects them to forced labor, and on the other hand, transfers Chinese settlers to East Turkistan, providing them with high benefits and job opportunities.
According to reports from China News Network, the first meeting of the members and board of directors of the so-called "Xinjiang Human Resources Services Union" was held at the Urumqi International Convention Center. Reports stated that this organization was established through a collaboration between 15 human resources services organizations inside and outside East Turkistan and relevant Chinese agencies in the region. It claimed to be the first provincial-level human resources services union in East Turkistan and one of China's major achievements.
During this process, the newly established federation signed strategic cooperation agreements with ten agencies in various Chinese provinces and cities. At the meeting, Chinese officials emphasized strengthening human resources management in East Turkistan, attracting so-called specialists, and enhancing cooperation with university graduates, indicating a desire to attract more Chinese settlers to East Turkistan.
In recent years, China has been settling Chinese settlers in East Turkistan with free housing, free land, and high salaries. Last month, it held a special meeting in Urumqi and published the so-called "Project to Encourage and Guide Graduates to Stay in Xinjiang, Return to Xinjiang, and Come to Xinjiang to Work and Start Businesses." In this plan, China announced that it will create more than 200,000 job opportunities annually for Chinese graduates in East Turkistan. Clearly, the new so-called "union" will help implement China's plans more systematically and extensively.
