In occupied East Turkistan, China has deported Uyghurs to Chinese provinces and forced them to work, while at the same time transporting Chinese immigrants to East Turkistan with high salaries and job opportunities. In order to continue these crimes more systematically, China has established the first provincial-level “Human Resources Service Association” in East Turkistan.
According to China News Network, the first membership meeting and the first opening meeting of the board of directors of the so-called “Xinjiang Human Resources Service Association” were held at the International Convention Center in Urumqi. The report claims that the organization was established in cooperation with 15 human resources service agencies inside and outside East Turkistan and relevant agencies in China’s East Turkistan, making it the first provincial-level human resources service association in East Turkistan and one of China’s landmark achievements.
During this period, the newly established association signed strategic cooperation agreements with ten agencies in various provinces and cities in China. Chinese officials emphasized at the meeting the need to strengthen human resource management in East Turkistan, introduce so-called talents, and promote cooperation with university graduates, hinting at attracting more Chinese immigrants to East Turkistan.
In recent years, China has been attracting Chinese immigrants to East Turkistan with free housing, free land, and high salaries. Last month, it held a special meeting in Urumqi and issued the so-called “Plan to Encourage and Guide University Graduates to Stay in Xinjiang, Return to Xinjiang, and Find Employment and Entrepreneurship in Xinjiang.” China announced in this plan that more than 200,000 jobs will be created for university graduates in East Turkistan each year. It is understood that the newly established so-called “alliance” will help implement China’s plans more systematically and comprehensively.
