NASA: China is secretly continuing its military space program

The head of the US space agency has revealed that China is secretly continuing its military space program under the name of "Pugrav plan".1
According to the French International News Agency, Bill Nielson, head of the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), spoke at the House Finance Committee on April 17 about the 2025 budget of the National Space Agency.
Nilsson accused China of continuing to build up its space capabilities and pursue its military space program by masquerading as a civilian program. He stressed that the United States and China are currently competing in this field, and the United States must successfully land on the moon before China, because he is worried that China will claim the moon as its territory if it settles on the moon first. "China has invested a lot in the industry," Nilsson added. So the United States must be vigilant."
It turns out that the United States plans to send astronauts to the moon in 2026 through the Artemis 3 mission. China plans to send humans to the moon before 2030.
