Urgent call on Idris Hasan's Extradition to China

Idris Hasan, who has been in pre-trial detention due to the unproven red notice issued by Interpol depending on Chinese authority’s demand, in Morocco since 19 July until today, was ruled to be sent to China, even though Interpol lifted the red notice due to irregularities. Despite the intervention of some states' officials, international human rights organizations, lawyers, and activists, Morocco's decision to make this would endanger Idris Hasan's life.
We, the International Union of East Turkistan Organization, are carrying out urgent work with the relevant authorities to help Idris Hasan reunite with his family in Turkey. We call on the Moroccan government to cancel the decision to extradite Idris Hasan to China, which endangered his life, in accordance with the International Convention on Human Rights, and to allow him to go to a third country. We make an urgent call to Turkey, European Union, and human rights organizations to take efficient action to save Idris Hasan.
