An earthquake occurred in the province of Manas

An earthquake occurred in the Manas District of Sangi province in East Turkistan.

According to the Chinese earthquake reporting network, an earthquake of magnitude 3.2 occurred in the Manas prefecture of Sanji prefecture (latitude 43.63 degrees north and longitude 85.99 degrees east) on June 7, at 07:11 Urumqi time.

The depth of the epicenter of the earthquake, which reached 15 kilometers, has been determined. The average height of the 5-kilometer radius of the epicenter of the earthquake was about 3768 meters above sea level.

The Chinese authorities have not announced details about whether the earthquake occurred in residential areas or in uninhabited mountainous areas.
