A number of Uyghurs staged a protest in front of the White House on Sunday

A number of Uyghurs staged a protest in front of the White House on Sunday to demand that President Joe Biden take "meaningful measures" to end the genocide being applied by the Chinese authorities against the people of East Turkistan, as well as condemn American companies such as Morgan Chase and Tesla for profiting from the forced labor of Uyghurs with the Communist Party.

"We urge the US government, especially the Biden administration, to fulfill its promise never to repeat this by taking strong and meaningful measures to end China's ongoing campaign of colonization, genocide and occupation in East Turkistan,"the speakers at the protest demanded.
