The US has sanctioned three Chinese companies that aided Pakistan

The United States has announced sanctions against four entities involved in Pakistan's ballistic missile program, including three Chinese companies.
The US State Department announced on April 19 that it had sanctioned three Chinese companies and one Belarusian company for their involvement in supplying items related to Pakistan's ballistic missile program.
The four sanctioned companies are China's Xi'an Longde Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Creative Source International Trade Co., Ltd. and Beijing Guhong Technology Co., Ltd., and Belarus' Minsk Wheeled Tractor Factory.
US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a statement on Friday that the sanctioned companies had helped Pakistan expand its weapons of mass destruction and materially contributed to the proliferation of dangerous weapons.
Miller also said in a statement: "The United States is taking action to prevent the spread of dangerous weapons around the world by countering actions that support the proliferation and acquisition networks of concern."
China, a close ally of Pakistan, is said to be a major supplier of weapons and defense equipment to the Pakistani government's military modernization plan.
According to the US State Department, China's Xian Longde Technology Company has provided equipment and materials related to long-range ballistic missiles to Pakistan.
