“13 Great Movements” Have Started in East Turkistan!

China has published its "13 Major Actions" project planned for implementation in East Turkistan over the next three years. This project indicates that genocide crimes will continue.
The "Xinjiang Strategic, Innovative, and Leadership Reform Initiative Plan," published by the "Uyghur Autonomous Region Party Committee Policy Research Office," will be implemented between 2025-2027.
WHAT DO THE 13 MAJOR ACTIONS COVER?
The plan states that China will launch 13 major actions across East Turkistan under the name "Reform Transition Point Initiative." The project includes genocide policies such as "Counter-terrorism," "Maintaining Stability," and "Strengthening National Common Consciousness," as well as terms like "Establishing Energy Resources Security Base" and "Modern Infrastructure Networks Construction" aimed at plundering East Turkistan's natural resources.
Under the plan, these measures will be comprehensively implemented starting from 2025, with targeted tasks claimed to be completed by 2027.
While China propagates to the outside world that the situation in East Turkistan has completely stabilized and people live freely, it continues genocide crimes covertly through such policies and projects.
As known, East Turkistan is rich in energy resources, and since China's occupation, it has been plundering East Turkistan's various resources under different names and transferring them to China.
Following the recent energy crisis in China, the transportation of energy resources from East Turkistan to Chinese provinces has accelerated. Coal reserves in East Turkistan constitute 37% of China's total coal reserves. While oil and gas reserves are known to constitute 25% of China's total reserves, East Turkistan is also at the forefront in wind and solar energy technology usage.
China, the world's largest energy consumer, has been plundering 138 types of natural resources, including oil, gas, gold, platinum, silver, uranium, and coal from East Turkistan since its occupation in 1949. Additionally, the region meets 40% of China's energy demand and provides 1/5 of the world's and 80% of China's high-quality cotton needs. The Chinese authoritarian regime, which forces the local population into poverty and slavery, now faces global boycotts and various sanctions.
