According to the China Earthquake Reporting Network, at 09:52 in the morning of Urumqi on February 15, a 4.7-magnitude earthquake occurred in Uchturpan County (41.30 degrees north latitude, 78.78 degrees east longitude), and the depth of the earthquake was 10 kilometers.
