According to the China Earthquake Reporting Network, at 01:10 in Urumqi on February 14, a 3.9-magnitude earthquake occurred in Pizwat County (39.69 degrees north latitude, 77.63 degrees east longitude), with a depth of 24 kilometers.

According to Chinese media reports, the earthquake occurred in a mountainous area, and the average height of the five-kilometer radius of the epicenter was about 1,115 meters above sea level.
