China has begun drilling super-deep wells in order to exploit East Turkistan's oil resources on a larger scale.
The Chinese propaganda agency in East Turkistan reported on February 16 that the Chinese regime had drilled a 10,000-meter deep well in the Tarim Basin of East Turkistan.
It is reported that the deep underground has a design depth of 11,100 meters and is located in Shayar County, Aksu Prefecture, in the interior of Teklimakan Desert.
The Chinese regime has extensively experimented with ultra-deep well drilling in East Turkistan, with a total of 253 completed wells over 8,000 meters deep. These wells are mainly located in the Tarim and Dzunggar basins of East Turkistan, as well as in the Sichuan province of China. In the Tarim Basin, 8,000-meter well drilling has become the norm, and 9,000-meter well drilling has become a key technology.
Chinese experts said that if a new oil and natural gas layer is discovered at a depth of 10,000 meters from the deep underground, it will be a great development for the Tarim oil industry, and the 10,000-meter ultra-deep exploration and discovery experience in the Tarim Basin will be expanded in the Junggar Basin. .
In the previous news, the Chinese regime has reported that it has restarted many oil and gas wells in East Turkistan that had not been used before and started drilling with new technologies.
Observers say that the local people, who are the real owners of the resources from East Turkistan, have not received any benefits, and China continues to plunder the resources of East Turkistan on a larger scale with new technologies and smart devices, in line with the genocide crimes in East Turkistan.
