According to a report by China Daily on December 17th, during this crackdown, China's security agencies hacked into computer information systems in Urumqi City, Nilga County, Kashgar City, Poskam County, Kucha City and other cities and counties and provided illegal control software. It announced that it has dealt with the cases of making software agreements using vulnerabilities in the software, the cases of illegally obtaining citizens' personal information, etc. However, the so-called "protecting the purity of cyberspace" did not reveal the exact names of the people punished during the operation, the number of years, or other details.
For years, the Chinese regime has been abducting and massacring the East Turkistan people under various guises, such as "fighting terrorism, fighting black forces, and exterminating extremism," and trying to hide and legitimize the crime of genocide through these names.
